I am an extremely motivated 20 year old living in the Bay Area. The pass 6 months I have educated my self on multifamily houses and have saved 20k to invest. Im looking to get into the Boise Idaho market as soon as possibly. Does anyone know anything about the market up there or know anyone to contact about the market?
