Hey again BP! I'm so excited to take this journey I'm about to attend my first REIA meeting, I've read Brandon Turners two books, I've ordered J Scotts estimating rehabs book, and purchased a copy of Rich Dad Poor Dad (whom I heard is amazing for a REI)! Seems like everything is coming together I love to get as much knowledge as I can before jumping out there and I'm feeling like now is the time. I'm quite excited. Is there any certain way that you think you should approach someone and ask them to be your mentor?
