SOB  I drive over to the shop and grab the torpedo heater , fill it with $ 50.00 of Kerosene , grab some buckets ( to flush toilets if need be)  I grab scrap wood and  tarps.

@Paul Stern From my experience as well, using an inspector usually ends up saving $, because then you can use the inspection report as a negotiation tool, and you can go back to the REO, and state, "You didn't realize it needed (Fill in blank)", and ask for a concession amount as you have done in the past.

They also offer external web forms to have VA's fill out without giving them complete access and it uploads the info into your CRM automatically.
