I've always managed rental properties in-house, and recently hired a PM for the first time to fill a new rental.

SOB  I drive over to the shop and grab the torpedo heater , fill it with $ 50.00 of Kerosene , grab some buckets ( to flush toilets if need be)  I grab scrap wood and  tarps.  

@Paul Stern From my experience as well, using an inspector usually ends up saving $, because then you can use the inspection report as a negotiation tool, and you can go back to the REO, and state, "You didn't realize it needed (Fill in blank)", and ask for a concession amount as you have done in the past.  

They also offer external web forms to have VA's fill out without giving them complete access and it uploads the info into your CRM automatically.

I'm looking to finance with a FHA loan and immediately look to fill the other unit.

I have started looking for lenders, but they all require me to fill out applicatiions with business info, but I don't own the business now, the seller does.

I'm looking forward to filling in my knowledge gaps and jumping in within the next 6 months!

Does this mean filling in only one side (seller's side) of a HUD-1 form?
