I am on the DNC, and have a huge huge list of all the exact call timestamps, and recordings, of the many many wholesalers that have been harassing me for the last year with cold calls, ringless voicemail, and text spam, and collecting those fees of 500-1500 PER INCIDENT is looking pretty appealing :)  Also, the services that sell the text blasting/dialers/etc are extremely shady.

So to say money for not much work shows you’re ignorant to what it takes to be an agent. 3% tops You can totally put your property up for sale on a FSBO site or use a flat-fee MLS listing service and manage the sales process yourself.
