Rentals and new builds

Hello,

I’m looking forward to network and connect in this community.  My husband is a general contractor and framer on Cape Cod.   We also have a rental property in the Burnt Store Marina area of Punta Gorda, Florida.   Right now we are in the process of acquiring land to build a childcare center with a duplex on the property as a rental.  
I’m looking forward to making connections for creative financing, advice on rentals, and just overall rapport with others on the same track.
