One of the reoccurring questions in my mind has been---How does one build a team? 

When you have an OOS property with a reputable Turnkey provider (or a truly solid, reputable PM, if you go the DIY route and assemble your own team) it cuts out the possibility of driving by, checking on tenants, etc.

I am a hard working, dedicated, self motivated, with good morals person.

To get multiple deals a month its likely going to take a team and a large marketing budget.

Pay special attention to the sponsor, team, track record, etc.

Are you working with anyone specific on their team? 

I feel like there is a website or sites we could look at to do our own recon before we decide that area is worth trying to build a team in .

This tenant's team has done billions in sales and acquisitions.

I do have a company that I hired that gives us access to a team of VAs and they delegate the tasks we let them do to VAs that are specialized in those tasks.

What people would you absolutely have to hire for your dream team starting out in Real Estate and where would you seek out the most qualified people?
