I have seen big church's move in and take over those spaces.. but that does not really help the people living there with their daily needs. 

The VA provides on a daily basis an email that reports that details how many calls, voicemail, and also what potential leads that fit my buy criteria.  

JOB stands for just over broke. thats what employers do. they give you just enough money to keep coming back; because you have to. then, after they have sucked almost all the life out of you, they throw you away. it doesn't matter how much effort you put into that job over the years, or what you gave up on a daily basis, or how many times you have gone the extra mile for them. in the end, when you are used up, they are done with you. i would rather earn less money and be free than to make more money and be a slave to someone or some company. there is always a price for freedom. 

Folks feel the well-dressed guy should not 'suffer' as much as regular folks.Slightly related, I also read a study about the on ramp beggars in Seattle, the make about $50 to $75 daily, and the ones with 'God Bless' on their signs make about 30% more.Cheers!

Not sure, but purchaser would look at this daily.

Main focus to start with fix and flips, buy and holds and possibly wholesale. have set a few keywords and looking on here daily, thank you all.

Then scan daily using your fav site. i recommended edina realty or coldwell burnett  if they  in your area

My wife, parents and family friends tried to warn me off of the city, even though they new nothing about the daily happenings of the various neighborhoods.I sat down with J and he explained to me what he saw in the market. 

My girls don't seem to be the best at housekeeping chores.

This of course made her day, and it was actually a chance for me to stay away from the park for a little bit which didn’t hurt as the chore for the day was emptying the warehouse behind the office of all the mattresses and furniture that had stuffed it to the gills and taking it to the dump.We were going to stop when I got a call from the manager that there was some urgent issue that needed me back immediately.
