Even though report says 3X(gross) but for me it doesnt look affordable?

I recently took a job at an affordable housing (144 unit) apartment complex to learn more of the administrative side of HUD programs.

Just buy what you want and or can afford 

Hopefully a lot of it is small multi househacking by people getting started the only way they can afford it.

There is a housing inventory problem right now, and shortage of affordable housing, which provides a layer of insulation if there is a major correction/crash.  

Of course you then run into the issue that the remaining party wants to either break the lease and leave as well or bring in a new roommate so they can afford the place.

. :-)Maybe a probate specialist will step in here but I ASSUME if the obvious heirs can’t afford probate the courts will still run the probate system somehow, sell the house and give them the remainder after all debtors re paid off?

Like most investors, I'm at that crossover stage where I'm afraid I can't afford outside help yet because it seems too expensive, but I know intellectually that it will help me to grow quicker.
