Thoughts on renting to ppl with no credit
Guys, whats your experience on renting to young ppl who just started.
Wondering, if having 2 young couples just out of college is better or does that carry more risk for vacancies and each being liable towards lease?

I score people on a "whole person" review in three broad categories: proof of identity, how much they make, how well they pay their bills.
If they are so young they don't have credit or a Landlord reference, then they are high risk. In this case, you should only accept them if you can get so much money that it mitigates the risk. I may do it if they are in a low-income property, no more than two people living together, and they pay at least a double deposit.
If you're not experienced in this, you should just draw a hard line and require established credit with a certain score. Anyone that doesn't have credit will be denied.
