Blue Ridge, GA STR what sis is best?

I’m looking to invest in Blue Ridge but not as familiar with the market in terms of what does best - 1 bed, 2 bed? 3+ bedrooms? 

Would love to know insights for those who invest as well!

Typically more bedrooms will gross more money for about the same amount of work. Some costs go up but not as much as the increased imcome.
