Everywhere I turn all I see are pitches for affordable housing and the same (not so) compelling arguments regurgitated by syndicators, capital raisers, brokers etc. for the investment strategy....strong returns...lower volatility....supply (huh?)

Those that could afford the huge mortgage bought a primary, built ADU and did STRs or MTRs in S.F.

This week, the City of Jacksonville Municipal Court ruled in favor of PadSplit, voiding citations for "illegal boarding houses" on constitutional and fair housing grounds.This marks a huge victory in expanding affordable housing solutions while navigating legal challenges.

When a developer can't obtain subsidies for their affordable housing projects, do they just wait until the next round of subsidies availability? 

We have been working in the affordable housing space for some time, and this allowed us to partner with the local community and provide a housing solution they need as their city continues to expand with new jobs they are successfully bringing to town.
