This is not intended to be a discussion about the options for investment, rather how to conduct real estate settlements in non fiat currency.It is (or should be) evident by now that the status of the USD as the world's reserve currency (or at least our exorbitant privilege) will continue to be marginalized in the coming years (and decades) and that investors are factoring in elevated risks of currency inflation and debasement into and onto their portfolios.

If it is a partnership/S-corp or a state that won't allow a QJV, then you may want to file an extension & talk to a tax professional who can help you navigate through this as that would introduce a lot more complexity into the mix.

My goals are long term growth over cashflow (at least breakeven and cashflow would be nice), I would like to buy properties with the intent not to sell, but to scale and continue to acquire more RE, and have the snowball effect pay off down the road in 5-10-15+ years, but again I'm open to all ideas.
