Successful investors don't really need help finding deals (we all have internet and email access), they need a trusted business partner to help them with market analysis, due diligence, financing, inspections, negotiations, and a host of other issues that will inevitably pop up. 

BP is maybe the greatest free resource to help you get started in Real Estate Investment there is on the internet.

I've been searching for months, only to be disappointed again and again when I arrive only find the nice pretty pictures on the internet don't even come close to reality.My Real Estate agent told me (Which I already knew), There are more than one way to invest in RE. 

Given all the security breaches and God knows what with the internet these days (and every company swearing up and down that it is safe and impregnible), the less access to my financial accounts without my direct, in-time, knowledge and consent the better.

Been looking like crazy on the internet and have found nothing.Does anybody have any idea where/how to find REITs or Crowdfunding for projects in Puerto Rico???

I know all the internet Supreme Court judges say otherwise, but I have never had an issue with them. 

There is a list available floating around the internet regarding contractors that work with 203(k) loans, but my suggestion is finding someone on a legit site like Angie's List. 

But 2 of our tenants don’t like to use the internet and I can’t force them otherwise it would be much easier.

Today, people use the internet to find almost everything.
