The other way is to attend REIA club near you and give them a criteria buying sheet for the investor to fill out so when the property comes up you know who you call.I hope those ideas above will help you out and encourage you to stay in the game.

To me real estate is always a numbers game, you can do just about any thing including forwarding brokers email blasts to people, I have never tried that but I as a wild guess I would say you would need to forward 100,000 to 1 million, and with those kind of numbers you could hit a person who was happy enough you did it to send you a finders fee.
