Is there a way to use a credit card to pay someone without a fee? We want to pay our property manager with a credit card but PayPal and other online websites charge 3% fees for credit card transactions. Any tips?

Don't tell me, you are maximizing your cattle hacking travel points?  Maybe cash back or other perks?

The credit cards make 3%ish on every purchase you make.  That 3% comes from the merchants you purchase from. Your perks are funded on the back of that mom and pop store owner or amazon provider.

Not a big deal when buying from a large corporation, but be cognizant of it when you buy from the proprietor.  Debit cards cost them less.  Cash costs them nothing.

Would you accept rent via credit card and eat the 3%?  I doubt it.  But what if your tenant is trying to maximize their cattle hacking travel points?? Fund it for them if you want to...
