On assignment of contract for wholesaling a mobile home should I as investor sign as Assignor or Assignee...and  how should seller sign?

I have an opportunity to buy a 4pkex, duplex, single family, and mobile home.

Purchase price: $28,000 Cash invested: $10,000 Sale price: $144,500 Live in flip I bought the mobile home destroyed and restored and upgraded the whole thing my-self with help from family and friends.

This will dictate where you purchase and look for properties based on that number alone.My point is that you always start with the end in mind and work it backwards, this creates the strategy (Buy and hold, flip, Wholesale, Notes) which will be driven by the tactic (SFR, MFR, Mobile homes, Short term rental etc) I always coach people and explain that the property is actually the last piece of the puzzle not the first.Hope this helps

The mobile home just went up sale by the owner for only $9,500.00, or best offer.

Even though I applied it to mobile home parks, it is applicable to anyone wanting to get into commercial real estate.
