The unit we lived in was owned by an Asian family who came here and used it once a year, till they sold it to our current landlord.

However, I'm stunned at how many buildings are exclusively owner occupied.

I was burnt on the purchase of an absolutely stunning condo in New Orleans...only to find out the 'Association President' was in with the PM ripping off hundreds of thousands...

The SE Asian contingency is strong and getting stronger, creating new demand....but the proximity to....nothing...and the crime keep me away.

But based on what I see in Bloomfield, I'd be stunned if you ever found a single-family that met the famed 2% rule.
