Success Path...is it worth it? Do they help fund ur deals?

Question

I paid for the 3 day seminar cause they said they'd teach me how to do deals "their way" and by doing so I would have access to "their" investors. Additionally, they keep saying they'll show me how to do deals with out using my own money and again this allows me access to money exclusively available through this program. Today is the final day and not surprising now it's time to write another check according to them if I'm serious about making money. Sure I am but since I have poor credit and purchasing their further education puts a big hit on my reserves is it worth it? Is there anybody out there that's risked it, paid the money and actually had success path help you start making money with nothing to little down(since successpath now has my money) sorry so long winded but if there are any insights or testimonials out there I'd love to hear from you. Thanks

Thank you for the feedback. Just got home from the final day of the seminar. Needless to say the speaker spent most of the day trying to create fear that without purchasing the $20-40k additional seminars that we'd fail completely and life would be over. You wouldn't believe it but at least half the class forked over that much dough. I was stunned. They had one poor guy in the back working the phones to get his credit card limits increased so they could charge the additional fees. UNBELIEVABLE!

Sounds like some guru program or bootcamp who is upselling you to pay for their mastery program. If that is serious amount of money which I believe it is then I would just not pay for it. I had attended similar 3 day seminar with Fortune builders. It was great start to give me good idea about Real Estate investing strategies and niches. Made sense for me as I was newbie and didn't understand even R of REI back then. Thankfully didn't shell out 25-30k worth of their program. It is serious money and rather discovered this great site and since then hangin on to this one to educate through podcast/blogs ,network w/ other investors and engage myself by asking question in the forums. That was one of  my best decision. I invested that money in my first few deals and got real time experience.
