Hi Shannon, Nice to meet another Mid-Missourian! My hubby and I are buy and hold investors, we moved to Jefferson City a few years ago and started buying property here. We now have property in a college town and in JC. We are very happy with the properties and tenants we have in this area. We started a property management/full service brokerage in Jeff City to cater to investors this year. With the properties we have started acquiring for management, we have noticed a large need for nice updated homes in this area. We have a waiting list of qualified people.
