These are strange times we're in.  

So strange some people think we owe tenants because they are “making us rich”.

With the extra toilet, the odds of needing an emergency plumber decreases.At least for the unit that the Ba ends up in a not strange location, I think it is an easy put in the bathroom. 

These are strange and interesting times. 

It was strange adding my bank account info, but I must give kudos to the SBA for streamlining this process.

If my tenants struggle to pay rent during this strange time of public health shelter in place orders, work shut downs, and (in the case of my state) statewide stay at home orders, then the last thing I'm going to try to do is evict them. 

This is a strange time for everyone and we all have to handle it differently.I personally would have preferred shutting everything down for two weeks to stop the spread.

Very strange times, I thing sitting on the sidelines a little longer will be beneficial.

Noise control only happens during certain hours of the day so it is strange that they claim it.From my experience with HOA's they don't follow their own laws.
