There is no need to re-create the wheel and also no need to afraid, simply because its an unknown.

As you know, quality of life here is great with surrounding recreation.

So I called the police and they told me that there was nothing they could do because recreational marijuana use is now legal in Philadelphia. 

Still affordable, lots of arts and recreation, strong entrepreneurial culture.
