We all know we need specific language, clauses, terms and conditions to keep things less risky and secured as much as possible when conducting our business.

What type of things do you make sure your rental agreements have in it, What are the contents?

Whats one or more mandatory things you should have in your rental agreement/tenant contract?

Hi Darius,

A lot depends on your state laws. Each state has different requirements about specific lease items like security deposits, late fees, and disclosures a landlord must give tenants.

Local rental associations or your state's Association of Realtors should have some good options available.
