I’m new to BP and wanted to share our story. My wife and I bought our first home 1 yr ago but it has become too small with our first child coming along. We decided to do minimal renovations (interior paint, trim, backsplash in kitchen, tile floor in kitchen, $7K in total) and sell. To our surprise, we got a cash offer for $30K over asking which putting us at a total of $71K in return after all fees. We’re now able to put a large percent down on our new home, and take some money and buy our first rental! Thank you BP for all of your resources and help!
