Are there any particular internet options, wireless/cellular, that people are using to manage the smart home features? 

Then our students were having a crazy hard time with the current leading website provider and I had to come in and fix a bunch of crap that was wrong with said internet hosting and template provider so much so that they stopped offering our students support due to "custom code" on our websites.So I said fine.

Lenders, agents, wholesalers, brokers, contractors, distressed sellers, capital sources, gurus, internet forums on real estate, other investors. 

I would caution you to be careful about any feed back from a bunch of strangers on the internet.

For example, 200 miles one way (guess) x $0.67 IRS mileage rate x 2 = $268 estimated vehicle cost per round trip, which is per guest stay.I'm using a calculator that factors in management costs (cleaning, hot tub maintenance, CapEX, OTA service fees, supplies, refunds, utilities, landscaping and internet) - it does NOT include marketing/tech tools like Lodgify, Guesty etc. so good flag. 

The internet is just full of noise and you can normally tell who is behind the product when someone talks about it. 

I have a tricky question that I cannot find any good answers for on the internet.  

There has been a great shift away from YP advertising as owners are moving more towards SEO programs and the Internet for advertising.

Which means I may well have been the only person foolish enough to bid on it, among the billions of people with internet access.On the other hand, the fact that the owner didn't pay taxes since 2018 is not a big red flag.

Without payoff and lien info, this is a complete gamble for you, IMO.
