Looking for helpful advice/insight. Beginner here!

Posted

Hi everyone, I'm writing this post because I want to get into house flipping but I don't know how to start. I would love some insight on how I should start and how to get funding to actually do the house flipping.

please and thank you.

Lenders will always want to see you use some of your own money so that you have "skin in the game", so to speak. Another commenter mentioned this, but there are definitely some questionable lenders out there and you're better off looking for a better lender on here or through other experienced investors.

From there it's all about hitting deadlines and getting it sold, but I'm sure you knew that part already!

Happy investing!
