Yes there is tech scene but not quite exploded.

There is opportunity and it is the perfect time to buy...there has never been a bad time to buy in this city...the top of the market is light years away in Columbus.If you move to the suburbs you are competing with the larger exodus and facing stiff competition...Grove City is quaint, but the population absolutely exploded and its growing.

I know Utah's real estate prices have exploded recently, especially toward northern Utah county by Lehi. 

Prices in Buda and South of Austin are exploding!

It's impressive that you have been able to get into emerging markets before they explode.

When I finally stopped self-managing my out of state properties and went full PM, I was able to explode my growth AND get my time back.

I feel the market for tenants will explode in june as people who have been stuck in their homes are ready for a change.

I know it's not managements fault that the eviction process takes forever but it's not something I should have to deal with considering I pay rent for a place that makes me feel like my head is going to explode.. mgmt can call the cops , I'm not .

I am from Bozeman, and since Bozeman has exploded over the past 20+ years, you're right that a lot of the houses here are new.
