I sent the apartment pictures and video of what happened and how dark it was and asked for compensation for my broken groceries now dripping all over the floor in the shattered glass outside. i told them they were lucky there wasn't a hospital bill coming with it from the fall or cutting oneself in the shattered glass.That was on top of the fact that my neighbor upstairs has had toilet issues the last 3 weeks. 

Having met with and interviewed several contractors, I find it difficult to distinguish those who I can and cannot trust and who will really live up to their promises.

We are trying to distinguish if we need to start an LLC to benefit with the new laws.

There are other threads where people claim that making 500+ calls per week based on scraped geographical data is generating leads for them, and hiring the service out may be a way to keep oneself out of legal trouble.From a human perspective, I'm getting multiple unsolicited calls per week from auto-dialers claiming they want to make an offer, and I'm sick of the unwanted intrusions.

To piggy-back on what @Rocky Griffin said, use the crime statistics on a website like Trulia to help distinguish good and bad neighborhoods.

My question is for reporting and filling purposes do I need to distinguish and keep separate, taxable money in my ROTH account and non-Roth taxable monies?

@Ryan D. thank you for your insite and you’re right there are a lot of shady people in this business and I will keep distinguishing myself from them.
