I ponder while painting or shoveling snow, as the traffic flows in and out, someone should confront them about possibly selling illicit narcotics... when my hero complex fades, I have the sense to google the name and the first hit is "(insert nefarious neighbor's name) shoots man twice accusing him of selling drugs to kids".........
