Downloaded the ebook and wrote it down word-for-word to try to fully understand what he wrote.I've become enthralled with personal finance and saving money to build wealth.

Obviously you can use that time educating yourself through e books and podcats, but many people spend 1-3 hours in traffic for work.Lots a big businesses could save huge amounts of overhead/rent by scaling down office sizes.

Furthermore, I am reading the free e-book, watching/listening to podcasts during my morning commute to work, and will be buying the e-books offered on this site.

podcasts, ebooks, youtube vids, etc, there is so much free-knowledge out there, soak it all in then get to work & do some deals!

It honestly just seems like the rise of social media has people scamming those who don't know any better into buying their courses and ebooks and wasting their time just like day traders and others.

@Jean Leite In the RE Rewind eBook from bigger pockets, Chapter 2 writers (Michael Sherwood and Charles Cromwell) mention that they use RenTechDirect. 

thanks for the great replies. i am soaking up all i can here on bp, but the post lack the real ABC's of things. there is not question that they are informative. i feel i might benifit more from all the great infor here if i solid knowledge of basics. any tips on which books, ebooks, or other resources that will help me accomplish this task?
