We have experience with rehabbing/remodeling our personal homes, and are looking to push that aspect of our real estate careers into overdrive, in an effort to build income streams for the future.

If you want to participate in passive income streams thru larger MF, you can also get involved in partnering w/experience players that are 100% focused on acquiring, re-positioning and eventually selling larger apartment communities.  

It's very remote (I think only 50 cabins up there) and it has tons of hiking trails and a stream right out your front door.

A smart investor will usually try to create multiple streams of income.

I have a great 9-to-5 job, but I would like to diversify my income stream by becoming a landlord.  

Would Realtors ever be interested in a payoff stream? 

Obviously the income stream would be split 5 ways, but so too would any maintenance costs, thereby reducing the overall risk of not being able to meet any unexpected bills. 

I was probably underestimating the area but I do think the performing notes could provide a steady cash stream although there's no appreciation.
