Hello All, my name is Alice Ham and I'm a realtor and new BP member from Orange County, CA.  I formerly practiced real estate law before I made the transition to opening my own independent brokerage and focusing on residential real estate. I've had good deals and bad deals and have learned alot in between on how to work through problems and help my clients find solutions. Now, I'm moving into the investing side of things. I've had a couple of buy and hold properties but now I'm actively looking at ways to achieve more passive income through short term rentals and multi-family units.  I am looking forward to getting to know BP members and picking the brain of like-minded individuals.  Happy house-hunting everyone!!
