These rules are admittedly a pain to deal with, but the technology has come a long way in the last 3 years since the Rube Goldberg licensing regimes were set up on the first batch of funding platforms.

But I can't afford to mail out another large batch a second time, so I would have to do it in batches of batches of 835 which would be quarterly unless I got a deal from it, then I would put it all back in to Marketing.Should I just focus on the smaller list or hit the bigger list?
