Hello folks,I am setting up my second batch of yellow letters and have a number a question before I pull the trigger.Do you usually change the message for the follow ups?

These rules are admittedly a pain to deal with, but the technology has come a long way in the last 3 years since the Rube Goldberg licensing regimes were set up on the first batch of funding platforms.  

I use a standard printing app from my phone but it doesn't operate off a queue so I have to tell it to print each envelope one at a time, and my Canon Pixma MG4120 printer spits out these little 3 5/8 x 6 1/2 envelope...

You could also remodel first, appraised again then maximize for the second batch.

But I can't afford to mail out another large batch a second time, so I would have to do it in batches of batches of 835 which would be quarterly unless I got a deal from it, then I would put it all back in to Marketing.Should I just focus on the smaller list or hit the bigger list?  

In my first batch of yellow letters, I sent them to folks who had rental properties that had been available for at least two months, I had two investors call me.

It's the first batch, we are adding more to that every day. knocking doors is the next step we will be taking and biking around (since driving around is not an option because we don't have a car. haha!)

For every 100 yellow letters sent out here today, expect a call back on one of them from your next batch next month.

There's just something special about dropping off a batch of DM at the Post Office. 

If I could batch them, it would be more attainable!
