Beginner Wholesaler Establishing A Buyers List

Greetings BP Family! New to the world of wholesale investing I am learning all there is to learn about the industry. I am very motivated to get out there and make magic happen for myself and others. Instead of sitting around wishing I had the confidence to take action I am already networking with those active. I understand 3 main things that need to happen: To be knowledgeable - Find Buyers - Find Sellers.

So while I'm learning, I'm also looking to establish a network of buyers, rehabbers & investors. I'm based in Cincinnati, OH.
