To me a slight in efficiency in storing money is a SMALL price to pay for the ability to act on an opportunity when it arises.

Fresh out of college, we moved to Dallas, TX to take on entry level jobs making very minimal amounts of money.

Jobs, stores, roads, healthcare services, and gas stations can all be destroyed in a disaster, as is often shown in the news.

For context I don’t just watch them, I’m actually directing them where to do what and helping them to bring supplies over as the location is remote from large department stores like Home Depot. 

I’ve searched on google “kitchen cabinet handles” and “soft closing 3/8” inset hinge” and gotten both for much less expensive than at the box stores.

He had 6 or 8 stores.

Of course the fridge was already completely cleaned out and all the food had been taken off site and all she could do was show me receipts cobbled together from various stores (probably ran around the parking lots and picked them off the ground).

Also, if you hope to attract a national fast food chain, most retail developers will get a committment from them, or at least some type of LOI, up front to make sure that the chains would even be willing to have a store at that location, and what specs they would want/need for the building and how much rent they could pay, etc.

I'd go through with the court date to get permission to remove his belongings and get it in writing how long you have to store them. 

At minimum, all the overgrown landscaping should be trimmed back, if not completely removed with some fresh mulch and new plants planted.
