I would want to keep the integrity of the 1920's building, but the lobby and hallways are out of a horror movie and the kitchens and bathrooms look like they're falling apart... and they could definitely use an upgrade on technology.MY QUESTION: How would you handle a full gut job on an old 35 unit property like this, especially when it comes to tenants?

New movie studio just started (don't worry the reduction in tax credits to the industry are not affecting us much) and the growth in population is evident and continuing.
