Aloha! Starting out in Investing!
Hi everyone. My name is Amanda andI currently live in Honolulu. My husband and I are originally from Philadelphia.
We are new to real estate and real estate investing but we are committed to learning as much as we can to have knowledge to go out a make deals!
We are in the process of starting our business. The plan is to start off by wholesaling properties and then, once we have built some capital, to do some rehabbing. We are looking to connected with people who can share their knowledge and insight to help us navigate our way to success!!

Before investing in HNL, have you considered Indiana or other midwest areas? They are ranked up there with some of the best cashflowing areas in the US. @Bob Bowling
