@Hattie Dizmond  good points.May be one way to reconcile this is the fact that there is a city called China in Jefferson County, Texas, so may be Mike is from that China not the other China.

Jefferson,-The rent stated is $266, but I have called to this property and others in the are and have gotten no lower than $450 per month for a 2 bedroom.
