Any quality wholesalers in the Mid-Missouri Area?

I am looking to purchase a single family home in the Mid Missouri area. I have come to the conclusion that in order to get a buy and hold property to cash flow, I am going to need to purchase a property at a much better price then I am finding on the MLS. I have determined that I would have better luck if I found a good wholesaler. I have been driving for dollars and I am aware of properties that are either vacant, unkempt, or have know out of state owners but even if I eventually get them to respond to a letter, I lack the confidence in my negotiation skills to actually close on the deal. Does anyone know of any good wholesalers in the Mid-MO area?
