BTW, I saw your 3 videos on how to do lease option assignments on the phone, and that's what I want to do.

I am extremely green, but I have been studying, watching videos and paying attention over the years to real estate programs and local transactions.

While searching youtube for cash flow videos - I came across Brandon Turner's video on a 5-plex find.
