I am already listening to the podcasts...after about 4 of them, I have realized that my original REI plan is very limited in scope. I am now researching the possibilities.

@Chris Jetton, I am not sure where that comes from. It must be something I selected when setting it up. I actually work for an oilfield service company. I live in Houma and my office is in Lafayette. I hate the commute. We currently have one rental (inherited property) and are looking to expand. As I said above, my thoughts on what & how to grow with REI have been expanded since I started listening to the BP Podcast.
@Clint Galliano Welcome to BP! This is a great site for information and strategy planning! My idea of REI completely changed after a few days on here! I am also an oilfield worker looking for the freedom that real estate can bring, especially in these days of sub $40 oil prices.
