Hi!

I'm looking to make my first home purchase with a duplex in Vancouver. I'm an electrical engineer - seeking a real estate attorney and a local cpa who also invests in real estate.
Idealy I'd like to get to a level of where I can develope residential multi-units.
Finding BiggerPockets was a complete accident!
While searching youtube for cash flow videos - I came across Brandon Turner's video on a 5-plex find. From there, it went to BP's Bigginers book and the very INSIGHTFUL podcast.
