I'd be extremely doubtful that he would be able to teach you anything that has not been discussed on BP.

Often a manufacturer will end a style or color, and you wont be able to find it in the future.

Get active and BP will teach you a lot before you jump in. 

They have a lot they can teach you if you get to know them and you show a little respect for them.An email is totally impersonal and shows a lack of respect for the bank and the banker.  

I teach children a very high level of gymnastics and am a firm believer of the saying: "give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime."
