The real estate owned he did receive a nice tax deduction however he did have to spend money on the costs associated with being a homeowner and land lord but over all made a return of 7% plus.

They take up a lot of space and are difficult to fit in a standard file cabinet (since they're legal sized).Is there any reason at all to keep the paper copy of the HUD if you have a pdf copy?

Hey All, I'm trying to get a google voice number setup and I can't get rid of the "please state your name and we will try to connect you" standard message before it rings to my number then plays my custom voice message.I've called from 4 different numbers, half the time it goes directly to my custom message and half the time it plays the automated message then goes to my custom message.

If I was in a position where I could either inherit tenants, or start from scratch by only renting to new tenants who meet my standards, I would take the new tenants any day of the week.I believe in NJ, the law requires the tenants are given 60 days notice.
