Advertising with a license

I am currently taking classes to get my Nevada Real Estate license to start my RE investing company. As I am reading the text book it states that I have to have my name and my affiliation with my brokers name on any advertising I do. My question is if I am starting my own company and I want to market for leads (email, yellow letters, my website), do I have to include my brokers name and company on my lead generation marketing? If this is the case, what can I do to get around it?

I am getting my license to learn RE from the ground up to start my own business. I will be working as an agent while I start my business until I can get my business going. If anyone has a answer and/or advise I would truly appreciate your help.

Thanks,

Mike

I am 99.9% sure everything posted is correct about disclosure. I do wonder why you would not want to state your agency, etc? I have had lots of potential sellers (wanting to sell but not list) state they would rather deal with a licensee because they know we are held to a higher standard. Hold your license and education with honor, treat people right, and you will find they will often refer business to you. Good luck.
