Now that he's gone, they are willing to rent it to me but with a million rules.They are preparing a lease but have it in their head that they will be coming down here every so often from Wisconsin & potentially bring a friend to stay... so out of the 4 bedrooms, they want access to two, and have a million rules that are rather ridiculous.
