Curious as to how others feel about a dual agent...one that represents both the seller and buyer.

Lower in the form it will say "Any compensation accepted by broker form seller, or broker representing or assisting seller Shall or Shall not reduce any obligation of buyer to pay the compensation by the amount received by seller or broker".

The best thing you can do is talk to your representatives so they can learn what their regulations are doing to their constituents.
