@Jeremy Gervasini there are two ways to go when starting out with your goals both of which I would recommend reading lots and lots of articles and forum posts on BP before starting.One option many people may post is to find a partner to go in on your first house, this might be an option even for an owner occupied MFH as long as you both want to live there.The second option requires you to find deals to build capital with.
