Hey Everyone,

I've realized that I missed coming onto the new member forum and introducing myself. I live in Golden Valley, MN, just outside of Minneapolis. Just wanted to say a big thank you to all who take the time to come on here and share what you have to offer. I, along with my wife, have been researching more into wholesaling, fixing & flipping, and owning rentals for a little over a month, and have already learned so much. Hope I can return the favor as I get more into this. Thanks!
