Information needed to Get Approved by a Hard Money Investor?
I was reading a article about multi family properties and the guy used a hard money investor. He stated he provided the investor with the papers. My question is what documents or info would the hard money investor need in order to help them make the best decision and what would a hard money investor be likely to agree to in an investment property?
Thanks,
Damaris
