Food for thought:  Savannah is filled with a lot of old school investors who aren't on and don't need to be a member of BP. 

Bakerville Pizza - he has a food truck and it is honestly probably the best pizza I have ever tasted.

They make special pet urine cleaners that's suppose to have enzymes that dissolve the urine smells.

Another one is pets, I ask “what kind of dog do you have?”

The sawdust absorbs water, swells up and never goes back down. 1 spill or pet accident that doesn’t get pulled up right away and you’re done.

The catch is the employee has two dogs he would like to keep with him so they are looking for a home with a yard and a pet friendly owner/landlord.  

I have two well trained bulldog mixes, no other pets.

If you have left your food on the table before, then I will keep taking it. 

Think of all the things that could go wrong and see if the lease addresses them: unauthorized pets or tenants, early termination, security deposit, lease violations, late rent, eviction, lawn maintenance, parking, etc.5.
